WHAT WE GROW
We grow a wide variety of herbs and microgreens including some interesting and harder to find varieties. Microgreens are available year round.
Bunched Herbs - Basil, Purple Basil, Thai Basil, Cilantro, Chervil, Chives, Lemongrass, Sage, Savory, Shiso, Rosemary, Thyme, Dill, Oregano, Parsley.
Cut Herbs/Microgreens - Bayleaf, Nasturtium, Borage, Citrus Lace, New Zealand Spinach, Red-Vein Sorrel, Purple Oxalis, Green Oxalis/Wood Sorrel, Ice plant, Mustard Cress, Radish Cress, Pea-shoots, Sunflower greens, Micro Cilantro.
Below is a list of the vegetables we grow, several, such as lettuce, are available in all three seasons and not just the one listed.
Spring - Lettuce, Salad Mix, Snap Peas, Radish, Arugula, Spinach, Kale, Scallions, Fava Beans
Summer - Summer Squash, Sweet Peppers, Hot Peppers, Tomatoes, Eggplant, Cucumber, Carrots, Beets, Kohlrabi
Fall - Winter Squash, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Celery, Celery Root, Baby Turnips
As well as growing cut flowers for Bouquets we also sell a range of specialty edible flowers.
